PAYMENT:
Tuition payment is due in full by the 15th of each month to secure your spot in music classes. A $10 late fee applies if payment is received after this date. Payment methods accepted include cash, check, or credit card.

CANCELLATION and REFUND:
We provide full refunds if cancellation is made before the first scheduled lesson of the month. After the first lesson, a 75% refund is applicable for cancellations, but no refunds are issued after the second scheduled lesson.

MISSED LESSONS POLICY:

Refunds will not be provided for missed lessons without prior rescheduling or cancellation. Makeup sessions are available for rescheduled classes.

RESCHEDULING:

Any changes to class schedules must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Punctuality is crucial. Missed time will not be compensated for.

HOMEWORK REQUIREMENTS:

Students are expected to dedicate regular, uninterrupted time to homework practice. Assignments provided in-studio are to be diligently followed at home. Consistent homework completion is strongly encouraged as it complements class attendance and enhances skill development.
